NORTOOL is a division of Norco Industries, established in 1964. We have been designing and fabricating tools and dies and machining parts for Norco’s manufacturing operations since 1991.

Nortool has invested in Cimatron E, a state of the art software package, for our CNC software solution. We use a wide array of solid modeling and surfacing tools to design and manufacture tools and dies. We can efficiently handle any job from simple 2D to complex 4-axis machining.

	The LEADWELL MCV-2000i is capable of 4-axis milling of large parts up to 40” x 80”. Onboard 30-tool changer makes this machine great for both long or short runs.		The ROBOFIL 290P Wire EDM has a machine stroke of 15.7” x 9.8” x 7.87” and a taper capacity of 0-30 degrees.		Our two CNC Toolroom Mills are capable of machining 3-axes up to 20” x 40” parts — great for short runs or prototype work!

We have a wide array of other equipment to meet your machining and tooling needs.	We also operate a high production E-Coat line. We can accommodate many part configurations, and are equipped to provide custom racking to meet your needs.	Our 3 available Laser Machines have a 4’ x 8’ bed and a maximum speed of 6,000 inches per minute. They’ll get the job done with speed and accuracy.
